Shipping policy


 

DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING 

We aim to fulfill orders within 1-2 business days, however, this time may increase during times of high traffic, such as the Christmas season. SHOULD YOUR ORDER CONTAIN ANY 'PREORDER' OR 'PRESALE' ITEMS, THE ENTIRE ORDER WILL BE HELD AND SHIPPED ONCE ALL ITEMS ARE AVAILABLE. If you would like items shipped separately, you must place separate orders.


Domestic Shipping Rates: 

Shipping costs are a calculation of weight, dimension, and destination and will be updated as you proceed through checkout. US customers may choose service via the USPS or UPS—this includes options for expedited shipping. It is the full responsibility of the purchaser to understand and/or make themselves familiar with their shipping carrier of choice as well as that carrier's business practices and services–including, but not limited to, holiday shipment cut-off dates, weekend deliveries or lack thereof, guarantees regarding expedited shipping, insurance, etc. 

Not all shipping methods include insurance. If you wish to know that your shipment is insured from loss or damage, please make sure to select an insured shipping service. This information can be found on each shipping carrier website. We are not liable for orders that are not insured.

Please note that the delivery of your order may be delayed due to COVID-19. Please use the estimated delivery date offered at checkout as the most up-to-date delivery estimate. Please note that this is only an estimate, and not a guarantee, so we suggest ordering as early as possible.

Should your items arrive after the date they are needed, all return policies apply. We will not refund shipping or expedited shipping charges due to delays. Issues regarding shipping refunds must be made with the shipping carrier.

*Please note that some of the items in our store command a higher shipping rate due to their large size and/or fragile nature. Please see specific product listings for information regarding specific shipping charges for these items.  


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We are a U.S. based company, though we are happy to offer worldwide shipping at the sole risk of the purchaser. Should you wish to place an order for international shipping, your cart will automatically update shipping costs as you proceed through checkout. 

International shipping generally takes 2-8 weeks to arrive, though we have no control over arrival dates or the time your order may spend funneling through customs in its destination country. Once a package has left the U.S., we take no responsibility for its delivery, including any damages that incur in transit. Furthermore, we accept no responsibility for packages shipped internationally that are missing or lost in transit. International orders will not be refunded or replaced. 

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to pay ALL taxes, customs and duty fees incurred with the import of goods purchased from THE HOLIDAY HOUSE LLC. Should you refuse or deny charges, your parcel will be considered "abandoned" and will not be refunded or replaced. 

WE DO NOT & WILL NOT ALTER CUSTOMS FORMS TO REFLECT A VALUE DIFFERENT THAN THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE PURCHASER; DOING SO IS A FEDERAL OFFENSE.

  

International Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, dimension and destination and will be updated as you proceed through checkout. International customers may choose service via the USPS, UPS and DHL—this includes options for expedited shipping. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, USPS delivery to some countries has been suspended. Shipping times vary by  range from 2 week to 2 months. 

*Some items in our shop may only be shipped within the US. These items include full-sized wrapping paper rolls as well as some of our large and/or delicate decor items. Please read each product's Item Description to determine if an item you are trying to order only ships within the US, as having these items in your cart will hinder checkout. Should you be interested in ordering any of these items, please contact us at hello@bubblegummarket.com with your shipping information and we will get back to you with a shipping quote. 



VAT, Customs & Duties:

VAT, customs fees & duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. These costs are NOT included in your shopping cart. Before purchasing, we encourage all International Buyers to review these fees as they pertain to your country. We will not edit orders to reflect a different amount than what is paid. 

Should you opt not to pay the fees or taxes incurred by your order, the order will be considered "abandoned" and no refund will be issued.
